Lloyd P. Dorzweiler, LS has been a licensed surveyor in the State of Kansas since 1986 and has been in the field of surveying since 1978. He has worked on large construction projects, land development projects, boundary surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) surveys, and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) flood surveys. His duties include: the scheduling of field crews, analysis of survey data collected by the field crews, implementation of procedures to complete quality surveys, preparation of land descriptions. Lloyd continues to work with the clients and analyzes the needs for the project and assists the client in meeting their needs and goals.
Raymond D. Bretton has 27 years of experience in the surveying and engineering field. He has been in charge of the development of drawings for engineering, land development and site development projects. His duties include: meeting with clients to discuss their needs, preparing proposals for potential projects, preparing and oversight of technical drawings on land development projects, attends city public meetings on behalf of clients to gain approval of development projects and communicates between clients and engineers/architects to keep the projects on track and on time.
